General Order Policies

By placing an order with Torchwood Tactical, LLC, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age to purchase the items in your cart.
• You are not prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under federal, state, or local law.
• You have reviewed and understand all applicable restrictions in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to our shipping, transfer, and return policies as outlined on this page and on the FFL Info page.

Shipping Policy (Firearms & Ammunition)

Firearms: All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Firearms are not shipped directly to individuals. At checkout, you will either:

• Select a receiving FFL from an available list (if integrated), or
• Provide contact information for your preferred FFL so we can coordinate shipment.

Ammunition: Ammunition may be shipped directly to your residence or business in states where permitted by law. Some jurisdictions restrict direct-to-consumer ammunition shipments; orders to those locations may be canceled or modified.

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment and verification. High-demand periods, distributor delays, and compliance checks may extend processing times.

In-Store Pickup & Transfers

Transfers and pickups are handled by appointment only at our Leland, NC location. Please do not arrive without scheduling in advance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Before Shipment: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to accommodate changes.
• After Shipment: Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Any changes must follow our return or transfer policies.
• Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled after processing but before shipment may incur a restocking fee of up to 10% to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, returns are limited:

• Firearms: All firearm sales are generally final once the transfer is completed and the firearm leaves our control.
• Ammunition: Ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged once it has left our premises, except in cases of clear shipping error on our part.
• Accessories & Gear: Unused accessories and gear in new, unopened condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and a possible restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, abuse, or modification.

Defective & Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or appears defective out of the box:

• Retain all original packaging and documentation.
• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

In many cases, firearms and major components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We will help coordinate with the manufacturer where appropriate, but the final remedy may be handled directly through the manufacturer’s service department.

Pricing, Availability & Errors

We make every effort to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate. However:

• Pricing is subject to change without notice.
• Inventory is subject to distributor availability and may change quickly, especially in high-demand periods.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, cancel incorrect orders, or offer alternative options.

Compliance & Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for knowing the laws in your jurisdiction regarding firearm and ammunition ownership, magazine capacity, configurations, and banned items. Torchwood Tactical, LLC does not ship or transfer items that are unlawful in the destination jurisdiction.

Placing an order represents your affirmation that the items are legal to own where you live and that you are not prohibited from purchasing them.
